Aetherial Analyst: The War of the Magi is a large research topic for Elora, and she at times will venture to the ruins of the lost civilizations that brought to the end of the Fifth Astral Era. This fanciful curiosity has brought her across Aldenard and Vylbrand.Clumsy Coincidence: Forever a wallflower, this woman is easily startled and clumsy, often bumping into others or mistaking people for someone else. She is also prone into getting caught or dragged into adventures.Homage for Horticulture: As a botanist, Elora indulges in creating bountiful gardens and those with like-minded pursuits have gotten her attention.Ishgardian Inhabitant: Elora usually travels between the Holy See and Gridania, and those that have lived there are prone to have seen her vibrant hair or spectacles, even if she always tries to stay out of sight.Pharmaceutical Pursuits: Alchemy is something she deals in, and herbal remedies are her speciality. A lot of this is still a work in progress!I'm still particularly new to FFXIV roleplaying, but I've plenty of roleplaying experience from other games and forums.I usually enjoy more paragraph-styled roleplay personally, but I'll match with those I'm with!18+! ✿ The Azure Rose ✿

Having spent a few summers shortly before the Calamity studying in Old Sharlayan, Elora reached a line that she well knew: inaction.Starting from her life in Ishgard, where the fear of heresy kept its people from acting out in defiance to the Church that later in time was revealed to be corrupt. To her time in Gridania where decisions were ultimately decided by the Elementals and their Padjal seedseers. Lastly to Old Sharlayan where their unwillingness to aid the star with their bountiful knowledge to ease the woes of others.Inaction from the higher powers that can make a difference chose not to, allowing famine, war, and suffering to persist wholesale. This was unacceptable to the growing Goldenrose as her times outside her noble home, particularly the Brume, has shown her how much suffering those less fortunate experience.At one point in time while studying abroad in Old Sharlayan, a mysterious yet entertaining Blue Mage held a show in the city (secretly of course) which Elora eagerly went to break the monotony of Sharlayan's tedious work ethics. Having seen the displays of magic and skill, she was inspired. While Sharlayan officials found out about this and soon after banished the mage from the state, Elora was able to nick what was a cracked crystal during the altercation and rowdiness of the dispersing crowd.In her quarters that same night, Elora found herself again facing the issue of inaction and oppression that bothered her. Inspired by the Mage's words to change the world for the better in their own way, she channeled into the crystal where the radiating energies filled her with the determination and charisma she would never normally have. Taking up the mantle of Azure Rose, her crystal becomes her mask, disguising her true self in a veil of obscurity as she wishes to change the world for the better. Help the oppressed, by punishing those who oppress others, lawful or otherwise.
